How we recruit
We hire for both expertise and care. Tutors are assessed on subject mastery, teaching ability and their commitment to small-group teaching, then DBS-checked and inducted into our method before taking a class.
Our exams team is led by Exams Officer Nusrat Jahan, who guides private candidates through specification choice, deadlines and exam-day logistics. Full subject-lead profiles are being added to this page.
