What is included in the cost of the exam?

Our pricing covers the cost of sitting the exam at Excel Tutors but does not include preparatory sessions. If you require additional support, we offer optional tutoring services for an extra fee. Can I get help from a tutor?

Yes! We provide lessons with experienced subject tutors to support your academic journey and lighten the load of exam preparation.

Can I complete my practical endorsement with Excel Tutors?

Absolutely. We conduct Science practical endorsements during term holidays in our fully equipped lab, supervised by experienced science tutors.

Can I get predicted grades for my UCAS application?

Yes, we can provide predicted grades for UCAS applications. Candidates will need to sit a mock exam under controlled conditions, and grades will be finalised based on performance.

Is there free parking available?

While we don’t have private parking, there are several nearby roads offering free and/or paid parking options.

Can I pay in installmets?

Unfortunately no, we do not offer any instalment plan to make payment for exams.

When will I get my results?

• Functional Skills results: 2–4 weeks after assessment.

• January IGCSE results: March.

• Summer GCSE and A-Level results: August.

• November GCSE and A-Level results: January.

• We’ll keep you updated on when and how to access your results and certificates.

How can I pay?

We accept payments via card, bank transfer, or cash.

How do I book my exam?

• Step 1: Visit our exams portal on exams.exceltutors.org.uk

• Step 2: Select the exams you want to sit; please specify your exam board, tier, and specification, if applicable.

• Step 3: Fill in your personal information.

• Step 4: Complete your payment for the exam.

• Step 5: You are all set for success! We will email you further information after this stage.

Can I practice assessments before the exam?

Yes! We encourage learners to practice with past papers and resources to build confidence and skills. Our team can provide a range of preparation materials to help you succeed.

Is there any hidden cost?
